Over the years, I have come to realize how a healthy, physical lifestyle creates positive impacts across all aspects of a person's life. I’m a mum, wife, business owner, avid green thumb — and Human Performance Coach who helps people get more out of their bodies. From the gym to the field to everyday life, I make strength, recovery, and performance simple and sustainable.

Sport shaped me. Representing New Zealand and competing regionally in basketball, netball, and touch rugby taught me the discipline, setbacks, and resilience that comes with training at a high level.

That’s the mindset and experience I bring to coaching: practical, down-to-earth, relatable and fun. Whether you’re balancing family and work, coming back from injury, chasing performance goals, or just wanting more from your body, I’ll meet you where you’re at.

My names Char, I’m a Level 5 certified personal trainer and soon to be female training specialist! I strive to build confidence within each of my clients, mentally and physically. I believe that’s what training is all about My ultimate goal is to help women feel their absolute best through exercise that works for them and their bodies.

As women, we are all so unique, and our movement should reflect that!

I am a sucker for a weights session, mobility flow, nature walks, or pole fitness 🤸🏼‍♀️ I love to lift, yap, get outside, and yap some more! So you’ll probably find me chatting away in the gym, taking some classes, or making the most of our gorgeous new weights area.
