My names Char, Iām a Level 5 certified personal trainer and soon to be female training specialist! I strive to build confidence within each of my clients, mentally and physically. I believe thatās what training is all about My ultimate goal is to help women feel their absolute best through exercise that works for them and their bodies.
As women, we are all so unique, and our movement should reflect that!
