Our Team

Ross and Nicola immigrated from Scotland with their two girls almost 10 years ago. Now settled in North Canterbury their passion for health, fitness and their community have inspired them to open North Canterbury’s newest, fitness facility catering for ALL fitness levels

They both have an extensive health and fitness background with multiple qualifications within the industry.

Nicola is a qualified personal trainer as well as being a pre & postnatal core restore trainer she runs specialised Mums & Bubs sessions while also being able to share her knowledge and expertise throughout the many other classes she takes. Nicola is also a trained & licensed Metafit coach. Metafit is an exclusive training program burning maximum calories in a short workout using unique body weight exercises.

Ross has an advanced Personal Training qualification with an additional sports performance qualification.
